Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children (24 points) with 3 caregivers present. 1 child record was reviewed. Children were observed playing outdoors and with age appropriate toys indoors.

The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed for signatures to the provider.
LI was present today from 10:40 AM - 11:15 AM.

The Provisional License period is a time to demonstrate compliance with regulations.

Based on a review of records, one child record did not contain all required information.

Based on provider statement, an Over-The-Counter (OTC) medication was administered to a child without written authorization from the parent.
Evidence:
Provider stated there was no written authorization for "Gas Drops" that was being administered to a child (Child 1).
Plan of Correction: I will have the parent fill out the authorization form.
