Inspector Notes
An in person Renewal study was conducted today. There are 8 children present with 3 caregivers.
Children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys.
6 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. All were complete.
4 child records were reviewed. See Violation notice for non-compliances.
First aid supplies, Emergency supplies, Emergency evacuation drills, diapering and bathroom supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance.
