Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There are 9 children present (29 points) with 4 caregivers.
4 child and 3 adult/caregiver/household records were reviewed.
Children were observed playing outdoors, washing hands and eating lunch.
Emergency evacuation drills, fridge/freezer temperatures. first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu and bathroom supplies were all in compliance.
