Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 9 children present (25 points) with 4 caregivers.
7 caregiver/resident and 9 child records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances cited.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, preparing to go to sleep, and playing outside.
Bathroom supplies, diapering supplies, first aid/CPR certifications, first aid kit, emergency supplies, and the fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance today.

Child #4's record was missing:
First date of attendance, both parent's name, address and phone number and work information, 2 emergency contact's name, address and phone number, allergy information, authorization for emergency medical treatment.
Evidence:
Child #8's prescription medication is not in the original box with a prescription label attached.
Evidence:
2 children were observed in the basement daycare area walking around with bottles.
