Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 9 children (21 points) with three caregivers present.
Children were observed playing outside with bubbles and toys, playing indoors with age appropriate equipment, preparing for lunch.
4 child records, 7 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.

*Child #1's record did not contain the signature of the person that viewed original Proof of Birth documentation.
*Child #2's record was missing; Parent information for both parents, work information for both parents, 2 emergency contact complete information, first date of attendance, insurance information including policy number.

Based on a review of medications, one medication present at the family day home was not maintained in the original, labeled container.
