During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on and completed on 2/6/25, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:59 PM and ended at 1:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 18. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and no caregiver/household member record on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 22.1-289.011-F
The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

The most recently issued license was not posted.
Plan of Correction: License was posted during the inspection.
Standard 22.1-289.057-A
Each child day program that is licensed that serves preschool-age children shall develop and implement a plan to test potable water.
The provider has not developed a plan to test potable water, and has not contacted Virginia Department of Health regarding the plan.
Plan of Correction: I will contact VDH and a lab to have testing done.
Standard 8VAC20-800-690-D
The diapering surface shall be cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Caregivers were not using a sanitizing solution after the diapering was completed for children.
Plan of Correction: We will use soapy water and a bleach solution after each diaper change.
