Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/21/2021 and concluded on 10/21/2021. The administrator was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from three to five, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of two children?s records and three staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
