An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 11/13/24 and completed on 11/13/24. The on-site inspection began at 9:05am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
