Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program. The monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/14/2021. There were no children (conducted before children arrived for the afternoon).with 3 staff. The supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
