Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 13 children with 3 staff supervising. The children were engage in building cities with Leggo's and working on are projects. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, emergency plans, evacuation drills, attendance logs, medication and medication authorizations and menu's were reviewed. Based on a review of children's records, the center failed to ensure that each center maintains required documentation for each child enrolled.
