Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on July 14, 2022. The physical plant, menu's, first aid kit, children's records, staff records, evacuation logs, medications and medication authorizations were reviewed. There were 56 children present with 9 staff supervising. The children were observed working on art projects, handwashing, preparing for lunch and transitioning from the bus.
