Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on and completed on January 13, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
