Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The children were observed during reading time, engaged in an art project and observed during outdoor play time. The inspection started at 10:25 am and concluded at 12:45 pm.
