1. The toddler classroom had chipped drywall/paint on the wall closest to the closet and exposed sharp metal on the garage door within reach of children.
2. The 2's classroom had exposed sharp metal on the garage door hinges and base within reach of children.
3. The Pre-K classroom had exposed sharp metal on garage doors and chipping drywall/paint near the back left closet within reach of children.
