An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 15 children present with two staff.
The children were eating lunch and playing outdoors.
Two child records and two staff records were reviewed.

Based on the review of two staff files, the facility failed to ensure that all staff have completed a repeat background check every five years.
