An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/27/24 and completed on 8/28/24. The on-site inspection began at 11:10 am and ended at 12:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on site and one staff record electronically on 8/28/24. This inspection included:document review, tour of the facility and interviews,

Based on record reviews the center failed to provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
The most current fire inspection available to review is dated 5/8/2023.
