Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was initiated on 3/17/2022 and concluded on 5/2/2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on 3/16/2022.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including video recorded interviews and digital documents review.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Administration, Staffing and Supervision, Physical Plant, Special Care and Provisions and Emergencies, Child Abuse & Neglect and Programming . Two staff were interviewed individually, recorded video footage of the incident as it occurred was reviewed, the physical areas where the incident occurred was inspected (in person) and additional telephone interviews were conducted with the parent of the involved child as well as supervisory staff at the program. Photographs and documentation to include an incident report dated and signed by supervisory staff on 2/24/2022 were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
