Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/11/2023 onsite and concluded on 8/14/2023 with a remote / digital record review. There were 5 children present with 2 staff supervising during the onsite inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 (all current) staff records were reviewed. The on site inspection on 8/11/2023 began at 1:20 pm and concluded at 2:05 pm.
