Inspector Notes
An electronic monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/31/2024. The inspection could not be conducted on site due to a holiday closure of the program which extends through January 2, 2025. A follow up inspection will be conducted upon re-opening of the center after January 6, 2025.The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records electronically on 12/31/2024. This inspection included document review and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
