During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site, non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 1/15/2025 to review standards that could not be determined at the previous mandated inspection on 12/30/2024 because the program did not have children in care. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 68 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records on-site on 1/15/2025. Five staff records were previously reviewed on 12/30/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
