An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/17/2022 from 11:18 am - 12:45 pm. At the time of entrance there were 22 children in care, ages infant - school age, with 4 teaching staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Violations were cited in the area of staff training. These violations are listed on the violation notice and were reviewed with the program director at the conclusion of the inspection.

Based on record review and interview, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Evidence:
1. Staff 1, hire date 03/07/2022, lacks current certification in CPR.
2. Staff 2, hire date 12/13/2021, lacks current certification in CPR.
3. Administrative staff confirmed that staff 1 and staff 2 did not have current CPR certification.
