A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on September 20, 2024 from 11:30am to 1:30pm A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of
employment or 90 days from subsidy vendor approval current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Staff #1 and Staff #2, both employed over three months, did not have current certification in CPR, which is required within 90 days of the date of employment.
