Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 4/2/2024 from11:45am until 12:50. There were 22 children and 7 staff present. Four children?s records and three staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing, washing hands, and eating lunch.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered determined no violations.
