Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 2/25/25. The on-site inspection began at10:40 and ended at 11:50. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children and 5 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records. Five staff records were reviewed electronically on 2/28/25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
