Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 3/20/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with the cooperation of local child protective services and staff relating to allegations physical abuse and behavioral guidance. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
