Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/07/2024 between the hours of approximately 11:45 am and 12:20 pm. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 5 years, with 2 staff supervising. Children were observed while listening to a story and transitioning to lunch. Lunch today consisted of turkey ham slices, bread, lettuce, fruit salad, and milk.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were no medication on site today. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
