Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:30 - 2:45pm with the director. There were 17 children, ranging from three years to four years of age, present with four staff supervising. Children were observed playing in the gym, completing seasonal art projects, and engaged playing in structured center time. Reviewed two child records, two staff records, the written daily attendance, emergency drill log, written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, and the fire and health inspection. Staff have current certification in CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration Training (MAT).
