Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on June 23, 2023 from aproximately 11:00 am-`12:01 pm. There were 52 children present upon arrival with 7 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed singing songs, station activities, musical chairs and watching a movie.
Six staff records and six children's records reviewed . Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor and outdoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment,medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined the center is in compliance and there are no violations issued to the program.
