Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 26, 2023, from approximately 10:45 am to 11:45 am. There were 25 children present at this time with 5 staff members. Additional staff was on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed freely playing, participating in station activites and infants having tummy time activity. Three staff records and three children records were reviewed during the inspection. The center does not administer medication and provide transportation. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas and outdoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
