Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 24, 2024, from approximately 1:00 pm to 2:00pm. The inspection was concluded on May 24, 2024.There were 31 children present at this time with 5 staff members. Additional staff was on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed taking a nap . Five staff records and Five children records were reviewed during the inspection. The center does not administer medication and provide transportation. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting. The outdoor area was not inspected.
