An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 25, 2024 and
completed on September 25, 2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:07 am and ended at 11:38 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and 5 staff supervision including administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children's records and 6 staff records onsite. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
