Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on February 11, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:11 am and ended at 10:52 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 6 staff including administrative staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records and 4 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
