An unannounced inspection was initiated on July 2, 2025 and completed on August 12, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 9, 2025 relating to allegations of . This inspection included programs document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
