Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:30 - 4:00 pm with the assistant manager. There were 24 children, ranging from five years to ten years of age, present with three staff supervising. Children were observed engaged in a group activity, washing hands preparing for snack, eating snack and playing with age-appropriate toys. Snack served today: turkey and cheese with wheat crackers. Three on-site child records, three on-site staff records, nine medications and authorization forms, and five allergy care plans along with the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and written allergy list were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed off site at the Massad YMCA on 9/21/22.
