Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/5/24 from 4:35pm to 5:30pm with program staff. There were 27 children in care initially, ranging in age from five- to 12-years-old, supervised by three staff. One staff and several children left during the inspection. The children were observed playing group games in the gym, then transitioning back to the cafeteria for free play. Four child records were reviewed. Three on-site staff records were reviewed; one full staff record was reviewed virtually off-site. The other staff records were reviewed during the previous inspection. The Center had three staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as staff trained in Daily Health Observation. One medication and authorization form were reviewed, and the center had three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, allergy list, and emergency drill log were reviewed.
