Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00 am to 12:15pm. There were 6 children (13 points) in care of 3 caregivers. The children were observed playing outside and eating lunch. Lunch included turkey sandwiches, apples, cucumbers and milk. Hand washing was observed after using the bathroom and before lunch. 3 staff records, 2 household member records, 2 children's records and 1 vaccination record a pet was reviewed.
