This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and video chat.
A complaint was received regarding nutrition. The inspection was conducted on 225/2022. The director was contacted by video chat to conduct the investigation. Lunch preparation and service were reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
