An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/30/2025 and completed on 09/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:05 am and ended at 11:22 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children's records on-site on 09/30/2025. 3 staff records were reviewed electronically on 10/02/2025.
