Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid in-person/remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and an in person tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/07/2022. The director was contacted by email and an on site inspection was conducted. There were 6 preschool aged children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
