Inspector Notes

This program has not operated in this location since 10/6/22 due to staffing shortages and enrollment. The children and staff from this location were combined with another location under the same program. Due to this change there was no building tour, a record review was conducted. A sample of 2 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. There have been no injuries and medications are not being administered at this time. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

This program intends to resume programming at this location for the 2023-2024 school year, a complete inspection will be conducted at that time.
