Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 04/19/2023. There were 47 children present and 8 staff. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center did not have a carbon monoxide detector in the building. Administration confirmed one had not been installed in the building yet.

Based on a record review the center did not have all the required components in the emergency preparedness plan.
Evidence:
The center's plan did not include a procedure on the continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.
