Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted on May 24, 2022. The on-site inspection was held from 11:18 a.m. to 2:28 p.m. At the time of arrival, there were 59 children in the care of 14 staff members in six classrooms. Six children's records and five staff members' records were reviewed. All six classrooms were toured and three of those classrooms were observed. There was no medication on-site or being administered at the time of the inspection. There were no violations of the licensing standards. Lunch was observed to meet the USDA guidelines. Some of the items reviewed and observed were: evacuation, lock down, and shelter-in-place drills, injury reports, current health and fire inspections, required posted information, first-aid kit and emergency supplies, transitions, choice time, center time, music activities, lunch, infant feeding, infant care, diapering procedures, hand washing and bathroom procedures, and nap.
