The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced on-site inspection on 10/24/2023 and concluded on 10/24/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on 10/22/2023 for allegations regarding ratios and supervision. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
