Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-500-B
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that the diapering surface only be used for diapering or cleaning children.

Evidence:
1. The diapering surface had a plastic bag on it containing candy and a Dr. Pepper. There was also a children's book "Blue Girl" with the plastic bag.
Plan of Correction: The staff member removed the items immediately and stated that items will be put away and not placed on the diapering surface.
