Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 9:15 am ? 10:15 am with the provider. There were five children present at the beginning of the inspection and then a sixth child arrived. Children in care ranged from nine months to five years of age for a total of 15 points. The children were observed playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys. Required information was posted. Reviewed four child records, three provider/household member records, the emergency drill log, attendance, menu and annual training. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer prescription medication to children in care.
