Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/1/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:25am and ended at 9:25am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child-resistant protective covers larger than 1-1/4 inches in diameter shall be installed on all unused electrical outlets and surge protectors accessible to children under five years of age.

There were two outlets in the bathroom designated for child use that were not covered.
