Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/22/2022. There were 66 children, ages 16 months-4 years, 12 staff and 2 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications were observed during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 staff records and 6 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during lunch, handwashing and naptime. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:25am and departed the center at 1:09pm.
