Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/8/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:04AM and ended at 1:00PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 103 children, 16 staff and 2 administrative staff present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records, 5 staff records and 10 medications on-site. This inspection included-
? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? interviews,
? observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
