An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/1/2025 and completed on 7/1/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:20AM and ended at 12:09PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 7/1/2025 and 3 staff records on 7/1/2025. Medication was reviewed on site 7/1/2025.
This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
