Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/19/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:40pm and ended at 3:20pm. There were 7 staff with 52 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed taking a nap, coloring, handwriting, and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
